Position Overview
The Manager oversees daily store and truck operations, manages staff, ensures great guest experiences, and drives event bookings. You’ll work closely with ownership to hit sales goals, maintain quality standards, and grow community presence.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations

Manage daily operations, scheduling, cash handling, and inventory.

Supervise and train about 8 store employees.

Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and alcohol compliance.

Control labor and food costs.
Food Truck
-
Manage scheduling, staffing (about 3 employees), and event logistics.

Handle catering inquiries via phone and email to book new events.

Keep the truck stocked, maintained, and ready for each outing.
Leadership & Admin

Recruit, train, and motivate team members.

Track performance, scheduling, and shift accountability.

Report key metrics to ownership.
Qualifications
-
21+ years old with a valid TAM card (or ability to obtain).

2+ years in food, beverage, or hospitality management.

Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills.

Comfortable managing POS, cash handling, and scheduling.

Able to work evenings, weekends, and events as needed.

Valid driver’s license and clean record preferred.
