Ming Self Storage is seeking both full and part time Storage Facility Associates for Germantown and sub locations. The Property Manager works up to 40 hours per week. Associate Property Manager up to 30 hours per week. Daily responsibilities include that of a Sales Administrator and general offices duties.
Essential duties and responsibilities include: management of day to day operations for multiple sites, front office organization, Sales and Marketing to attract new tenants, training and development, manage auction process, contact tenants for issues up to and including past due accounts, auctions notification and unit updates. Maximize sales and occupancy, develop and maintain customer and business relationships, Improve sales objectives, maintain inventory, Cash handling, balance daily receipts, pursue collections and daily reconciliation. Responsible for daily bank deposits, facility maintenance (interior and exterior), Ability to handle escalated client concerns, Internal and external customer service must be exemplary. Proficient computer skills a must. Outstanding internal and exterior customer service. Ability to work independently in a Multiplex facility. Germantown is a U-haul hub. Previous Storage and U-haul experience preferred.
