The Lube Technician performs routine vehicle maintenance, including fluid checks, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections, following established procedures to ensure top-quality service and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform vehicle fluid checks and replacements including oil, brake fluid, transmission fluid, power steering fluid, and coolantRotate tires and perform multi-point inspectionsMaintain vehicle cleanliness throughout serviceComplete all required documentation accurately and in compliance with standardsContribute to shop cleanliness, safety, and efficient operationFollow all shop policies, procedures, safety, and environmental regulationsAttend staff meetings, training, and educational sessions as requiredAssist with inventory stocking and other general tasks as neededPerform additional duties as assignedWork EnvironmentThis is a physically demanding role requiring bending, kneeling, squatting, standing, and lifting heavy objects. The position operates in a fast-paced team environment where professionalism and clear communication are essential.
Job Requirement:High school diploma or GEDValid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving recordKnowledge of automotive servicing or repair is a plus but not requiredStrong physical stamina and dexterityProfessional appearance and dependable work ethicExcellent communication skillsSafety and customer service focusedBasic computer and internet skillsAbility to read and understand instructions
