Position Summary
As the Clinical Director – Licensed Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our clinical operations. From supervising licensed and provisionally licensed therapists to maintaining a small caseload of complex clients, this position offers a unique blend of leadership and hands-on therapeutic work. Your expertise will ensure that our services meet the highest standards of care and compliance with state regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and sign off on diagnostic assessments and treatment plans.
- Lead clinical quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to state regulations and evidence-based practices.
- Maintain a small caseload of complex therapeutic clients.
- Oversee and support licensed and provisionally licensed therapists to foster professional growth and excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Therapy.
- Licensure: Fully licensed in North Carolina (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT).
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a clinical administrative role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.
