As a maintenance subcontractor, the job requires traveling throughout the Twin Cities area and completing repair requests. We have a scheduler who arranges the visits and maintains each Field Techs' calendar. We use Jobber for our dispatch software which requires an android or apple smartphone. We currently have 2 fulltime subcontractors and we provide maintenance services for 3 different property management companies. Most work orders require basic plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, painting, general carpentry, flooring, door and hardware installation etc. You must have your own tools and vehicle and be able to work independently. Pay is weekly. You must be able to pass a Kari Koskinen background check and have no violent crime convictions. Most jobsites are single family homes, apartments and condos.
