Key Responsibilities

- Own the monthly and quarterly close process end-to-end
- Manage and develop a small team
- Partner closely with the Controller and finance leadership on process improvement and AI-enabled initiatives within accounting
- Support ongoing AP/AR systems integration work
- Get up to speed on a complex, multi-brand, multi-channel business model
- Serve as a key partner in strengthening close discipline and controls as the company scales

Requirements
\n
- \n
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Direct ownership of a monthly/quarterly close process
- People management experience with at least two direct reports
- Public accounting audit background strongly preferred (Big Four or a strong national/regional firm)
- CPA strongly preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or durable/consumable goods industries
- Inventory experience a plus
