Location: Hiram, GA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $22.50/hr
Work Environment: Cold food production facility (30&degree;F)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Inbound Lead to join our 1st shift team in a cold food
production facility in Hiram, GA. As an Inbound Lead, you will oversee daily inbound
operations, ensuring accurate receipt, inspection, and storage of all incoming inventory. You will
lead the inbound team to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies
and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support inbound associates in receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming
  products.
• Ensure all inbound processes comply with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
  Conduct inventory audits, inspections, and quality checks for inbound shipments.
• Train and coach team members on inbound procedures and documentation practices.
  Collaborate with warehouse, production, and ICQA teams to resolve inventory and
  quality issues.
• Maintain accurate inbound records, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen inbound accuracy, efficiency, and
  quality.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or food manufacturing.
• Proven supervisory experience as an inbound lead, warehouse lead, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, and inventory control procedures.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a cold environment (30&degree;F) for extended periods.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
