Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel General Manager limited service Tru By Hilton hotel located in Lawrenceville, GA. The Hotel General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, budgeting, business planning, and food and beverage services. The role also involves handling guest inquiries and complaints, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.


Qualifications

  • Skills in General Management and Business Management
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and handling guest relations
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • Competence in Budgeting and financial planning
  • Sales skills would be essential
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is required
  • 3 or more years in hotel management
