W2 Contract Project Manager – Digital Lobby Experience / Video Wall
Duration: 12 months
Hours: 40/week
Location: Hybrid (2-3 days in Golden Valley)
Pay: $50-$70/hr
Key Responsibilities
Digital Lobby Experience / Video Wall (Legacy Wall) Management:
- Lead the full project lifecycle from scoping and planning through execution and launch.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, and IT teams to gather requirements and align content strategy.
- Coordinate storytelling and content ingestion from various partners ensuring brand alignment.
- Research and recommend optimal technology solutions including hardware and software platforms with intuitive usability.
- Manage vendor selection, procurement, and coordination with external suppliers.
- Oversee budget and timeline to ensure on-schedule and on-budget delivery.
- Deploy digital content at key locations, documenting processes to support scalable rollouts.
- Create an implementation playbook for future expansions.
Anniversary Book Project Management:
- Develop and manage the overall project plan including timelines, resources, and milestones.
- Coordinate collection of oral histories, archival assets, and project highlights across departments.
- Serve as primary liaison with external publishing partners managing scope, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive narrative integration across print, digital, and physical media.
- Organize and track multimedia assets to support storytelling.
- Align story themes across projects for consistent brand legacy presentation.
- Manage project budget and timeline adherence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing digital experience, publishing, technology integration, or web development projects.
- Strong understanding of cross-medium storytelling and content workflows including digital, print, and live experiences.
- Experience managing external vendors and publishers as well as coordinating cross-functional internal teams.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated success managing complex projects with competing priorities, budgets, and timelines.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and installation of display technologies, and/or book publishing is preferred.
