\n Job Description
\n Step into an exciting travel role in Great Bend, Kansas, providing direct and continuous care to laboring mothers through delivery, recovery, and immediate postpartum care. In this night-shift position, you will work within a supportive obstetrical team using EPIC EHR technology, with flexibility to assist across maternal and pediatric care. \n Requirements
\n 2 years of recent clinical experience in Labor, Delivery, and Recovery (LDR / OB) settings
\n Active Kansas (KS) RN License or Multistate/Compact RN License
\n Active AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring certification (Intermediate or Advanced within the last 24 months); AHA PALS obtained prior to start
\n Unit flexibility to float to Med-Surg for overflow medical and pediatric patients during low census
\n Essential Day 1 clinical competencies in fetal heart rate monitoring, maternal vital tracking, obstetrical delivery assistance, and immediate postpartum recovery care
\n Preferred Qualifications
\n 3+ years of rural hospital LDR clinical experience
\n Technical proficiency with EPIC electronic health record (EHR) software
\n Previous travel nursing contract experience in a maternal-child unit
