We are currently seeking a Dietary Aide to join our kitchen team and help fuel the well-being of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve meals based on established menus and individual dietary needs.

• Ensure food is cooked, stored, and served safely and attractively.

• Assist with food prep, portioning, and plating with attention to detail.

• Follow sanitation and safety procedures at all times.

• Collaborate with dietary team and clinical staff to meet residents’ preferences and requirements.

Qualifications:

• Prior cooking experience in healthcare or food service preferred.

• Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Reliable, organized, and resident-focused.

• Assist in food prep, tray setup, and meal delivery.

• Provide friendly, courteous service to residents in the dining area.

• Ensure kitchen and serving areas are clean and sanitary.

• Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness of food service equipment.

• Support cooks and other kitchen staff as needed.
