Description:
• This position is for a field technician who will largely be responsible managing chemical deliveries and inventory, working on equipment such as small metering pumps, pulling water samples, and conducting routine lab work for boiler, cooling, and wastewater treatment at customer site in Saint Paul Park, MN. (Training for required lab tests will be provided).
• Expectation to maintain a safe, injury-free environment through active team participation and promptly addressing any identified safety deficiencies.
• This position will report to a Site Manager. Excellent communication and teamwork is highly desired for this position.
• 40 hours of work/week, no overtime. M-F preferred with working hours between 7AM-5PM preferred.
****** Candidates will take an additional hair follicle drug test required by the employer which goes back up to 180 days to pre-screen/notify potential applicants of the requirement.
A good balance of some plant experience (heavy industry) coupled with some laboratory experience would be the ideal candidate.
