Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior litigation experience and at least two years of legal experience.
- Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to prioritize tasks, manage workflow, and handle confidential information.
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work well with others.
- Comfortable using office equipment and legal software such as Microsoft Office, iManage, InTapp, 3E, and Chrome River.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to attorneys.
- Manage calendars, schedule court appearances, meetings, depositions, and travel arrangements.
- Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Coordinate and submit court filings, including e-filings in state and federal courts.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files.
- Track attorneys’ billable time and assist with client billing.
- Conduct research and gather information for meetings and projects.
- Maintain confidentiality and assist with additional tasks as needed while supporting overall office workflow.
Salary based on experience, $90k-+
