Our client is looking for a Legal Administrative Assistant for their Los Angeles office to work on a hybrid schedule. For consideration, please send resume in confidence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Prior litigation experience and at least two years of legal experience.
  • Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to prioritize tasks, manage workflow, and handle confidential information.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work well with others.
  • Comfortable using office equipment and legal software such as Microsoft Office, iManage, InTapp, 3E, and Chrome River.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to attorneys.
  • Manage calendars, schedule court appearances, meetings, depositions, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
  • Coordinate and submit court filings, including e-filings in state and federal courts.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files.
  • Track attorneys’ billable time and assist with client billing.
  • Conduct research and gather information for meetings and projects.
  • Maintain confidentiality and assist with additional tasks as needed while supporting overall office workflow.

Salary based on experience, $90k-+
