This role is designed for a remote work environment, providing you with the flexibility to manage your schedule while still contributing meaningfully to client care. Our clinic supports a collaborative atmosphere where team members regularly engage with one another in a virtual setting, participating in case consultations and weekly team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment strategies. While flexible hours are available, commitment to accommodating clients' needs may include some evening and weekend hours.
Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health issues, strengths, and available resources.
- Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
- Design and implement personalized treatment plans incorporating specific goals and interventions tailored to each client.
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and an integrated approach to treatment.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation programs, and support groups aimed at increasing awareness and understanding of mental health issues.
- Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment, coupled with developing safety plans when necessary to address immediate client needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards of practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
