A midsize, full-service firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their team in Portland, OR. The firm handles diverse matters such as business litigation, real estate, personal injury, property damage, real estate, and business disputes.
This firm has excellent retention, (low billables - bonusing starting at 1400) with quarterly subjective and annual discretionary bonuses, hybrid flexibility, and strong growth opportunities within a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Case analysis, strategy development, and drafting pleadings/motions
- Managing discovery and document production
- Taking and defending depositions
- Mediation, arbitration, settlement negotiations, and courtroom litigation.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $135,000 to $185,000. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage premiums 100% employer-paid; 401(k) with 3% employer contribution and profit share; paid holidays; and flexibility for professional growth.

Qualifications:
- Admission to practice law in Oregon (required); Washington license preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
