Dedicated Driver Overview\n

- Pay that grows with you. Earn up to $92,160 per year with 56-58CPM starting base pay, plus a 6CPM monthly bonus opportunity and base raises starting at 6 months.*
- Dedicated rounders you can count on. Run dedicated rounders between North Carolina, Iowa, and South Dakota, each covering about 2,800 miles over roughly 6 days.
- Freight that keeps you moving. Run a mix of drop & hook and live unload freight on your dedicated lanes.
- Reset your way. After each rounder, reset at home or run your recap and keep rolling with multiple rounders in a row.
- Extra pay where it counts. Earn additional income through detention, breakdown, layover, and drop pay, so every part of your time on the road is valued.*
- Modern, comfortable equipment. Drive 2022-2027 Freightliners, Kenworths, and Volvos, all automatics equipped with APUs, inverters, and refrigerators, governed at 68 mph pedal and 70 mph cruise.
