 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Web Designer to join our team. In this role, you will create beautiful and user-friendly website designs for our organization. The ideal candidate is able to turn abstract concepts into clean and intuitive designs. If you have an eye for design and a portfolio of successful projects, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities

<li>Manage all stages of the design process, from design brief to post-launch testing</li>
<li>Create clean and user-friendly website designs</li>
<li>Develop mood boards, site maps, wireframes, and user flows</li>
<li>Create mock-up designs to present to key stakeholders</li>
<li>Test and iterate on design concepts</li>
<li>Develop design guidelines and standards</li>
</ul>
Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Bachelors degree in design or a related field</li>
<li>Strong portfolio of successful website designs</li>
<li>Skilled in creating wireframes and storyboards using Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools</li>
<li>Experience in front-end development languages including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript</li>
<li>Familiarity with the Agile/Scrum methodology</li>
<li>Creativity and openness to learning new skills and techniques</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
