Part or Full Time:
We are seeking a Retail Salesperson to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling fine antique, vintage and contemporary jewelry and gift items as well as receiving and processing repairs and some administrative work.
Responsibilities:
- Gracious assistance to customers, building rapport and trust
- Explaining products and services to customers
- Ability to thrive in a detailed environment with charm and humor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in luxury sales and customer service. Knowledge of antiques a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Patience with a variety of personality types and cultures
