Position: Division Director of Otorhinolaryngology (ENT)
Location: Egg Harbor Township, NJ
The client is seeking a visionary Division Director of Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) to lead its expanding team as part of the system’s bold Vision 2030 transformation — dedicated to innovation, excellence, and compassionate care through partnerships with Drexel University and The Cleveland Clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for a growing ENT division aligned with Vision 2030 goals
- Oversee clinical, academic, and administrative operations of the ENT department
- Deliver personalized, high-quality patient care with focus on minimally invasive surgical techniques
- Collaborate with The Cleveland Clinic for interdisciplinary cancer care
- Utilize 5 Da Vinci Xi robotic platforms to drive innovation in surgical practices
- Lead and mentor 4 board-certified surgeons and 2 advanced practice providers
- Develop research and educational initiatives with Drexel University
- Support community outreach to expand access and reduce disparities
- Cultivate a skilled, diverse surgical team committed to workforce development
- Benefit from robust surgical volume and guaranteed OR block time from day one
- Participate in a shared call schedule (1:4) with APP and hospitalist support
Candidate Requirements
- Board Eligible (within 5 years) or Board Certified in Otolaryngology – REQUIRED
- Active/unrestricted New Jersey medical license (or willing to obtain) – REQUIRED
- BLS and ACLS certifications (current or willing to obtain) – REQUIRED
- DEA & CSR/CDS certifications (or willing to obtain) – REQUIRED
- Documented malpractice history disclosure – REQUIRED
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccination compliance – REQUIRED
