Property Manager / Community Manager – Views of Brentwood | Brentwood, TN
Salary: $70,000 + Monthly & Quarterly Bonuses
Brookside Properties is seeking an experienced Property Manager / Community Manager to oversee Views of Brentwood, a beautiful apartment community in one of Nashville’s most desirable neighborhoods.

A Day in the Life
- Oversee leasing, maintenance, and resident services
- Coach, mentor, and motivate your team
- Drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction
- Manage budgets, collections, and property reporting
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of multifamily property management experience
- Experience leading leasing, marketing, and maintenance teams
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Entrata experience a plus
- Bilingual helpful but not required
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of the apartment community
- Achieve occupancy and financial performance goals
- Manage team development, training, and mentoring
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and property systems
- Deliver exceptional service and resident experiences
