Position Summary: Client is seeking a Warehouse and Inventory Associate to support daily warehouse operations and inventory management in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- This role is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing critical equipment and materials while maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
\n

- Receive, inspect, unload, and organize incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, stage, and distribute materials to support operational teams.
- Load and prepare outbound shipments while ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment activities.
- Track inventory and assets to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Assist with packaging, returns, and Return Material Authorization (RMA) processing.
- Follow established safety procedures and warehouse best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, workflow, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure materials are available when needed.

Required Qualifications: Experience working in a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, construction, or similar operational environment.

- Experience operating forklifts or willingness to obtain forklift certification.
- Ability to safely lift, move, and transport materials throughout the workday.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

- Shipping and receiving experience.

- Experience in high-volume or rapidly growing operational environments.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.
