We're hiring a Machine Operator to support specialized production equipment in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment. What You'll Do
- Operate specialized manufacturing and production equipment.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Perform machine inspections, cleaning, and operational checks.
- Prepare and transport raw materials for production runs.
- Assist with equipment setup and process support.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic repairs.
- Clean and maintain machinery, work areas, and production equipment.
- Use electric hoists and lifting equipment to move materials and components.
- Work overtime as needed to meet production demands.
What We're Looking For
Manufacturing, production, machine operation, warehouse, construction, or industrial experience.
Comfortable working around industrial equipment and machinery.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and climb throughout the shift.
Comfortable working at heights up to 60 feet.
Able to wear required PPE, including respirators and safety equipment.
Commitment to safety and teamwork.
High School Diploma or GED.
Reliable transportation required.

Work Environment
This position is based in a heavy industrial manufacturing facility and involves working with large-scale production equipment in a physically active environment. Team members should be comfortable standing for extended periods, climbing stairs, lifting materials, and working around industrial machinery while following all safety requirements.

This is a Permanent position based out of Utica, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
