Step into a rewarding contract role supporting early learners as a Speech-Language Pathologist! Make a meaningful impact with a dedicated team, providing essential speech and language services to preschool-aged children in an engaging school environment. Starting late August 2026 and running through early June 2027, this full-time assignment offers the chance to develop relationships, foster communication milestones, and play a key part in each child’s developmental journey.

Key Experience & Qualifications:

  • Valid Minnesota SLP license (must be presented for consideration)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous experience in school settings, particularly with early childhood or ECSE populations ages 3-5
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for working effectively with children, families, and educational teams
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and individualized instruction
  • Up-to-date resume required for submission

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to preschool students, supporting their IEP goals
  • Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and maintain thorough documentation as required by guidelines
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to promote communication skills in various environments
  • Participate in team meetings, contribute to IEP development, and provide training or recommendations for classroom strategies
  • Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and advocate for students’ communication needs
