We’re seeking a Cashier / Customer Service Associate to join the team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for operating the register, processing transactions, and creating a positive shopping experience for every customer. Apply Today!

Responsibilities:

• Accurately ring up purchases, process payments (cash, credit/debit), and issue receipts
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving concerns professionally
• Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and stocked with bags, receipt paper, and other supplies
• Assist with restocking shelves, monitoring inventory, and reporting discrepancies to management
• Share information on promotions, loyalty programs, and new products to support sales
• Work closely with teammates to ensure smooth store operations

Requirements:

• Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience is required (training provided)
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for handling cash and providing change
• Must be at least 21 years of age (or the legal age for handling tobacco/vape products in your state)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Knowledge of POS systems or tobacco/vape products is a plus, but not required
