We’re seeking a COTA to join an interdisciplinary care team providing personalized occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric participants across center and home-based settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized interventions designed to improve ADLs, mobility, balance, endurance, cognition, coordination, and functional independence
• Assist with vital signs, range-of-motion assessments, strength testing, and other components of participant care
• Coordinate treatment activities with the broader Rehabilitation and Interdisciplinary Team (IDT)
• Provide services in both center and participant home settings, adapting interventions to real-world functional needs

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) program
• Valid California COTA/OTA license, or proof of eligibility for licensure
• Strong clinical knowledge relevant to adult and geriatric rehabilitation
