Schedule: Hybrid | Remote Mondays & Fridays
Employment Type: Full-Time

A growing, privately held healthcare organization is seeking a Psychiatrist to join its expanding integrative mental health practice.

This newly created position combines direct patient care with the opportunity to help build and shape a growing psychiatric service. You'll work alongside an interdisciplinary clinical team focused on collaborative, whole-person mental healthcare.

What You'll Do

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, treatment, and medication management
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with therapists and other clinical providers
• Participate in case consultation and coordinate patient care
• Help develop clinical processes and best practices
• Contribute to the growth of psychiatric services
• Potentially develop and lead a psychiatric team as the practice expands

What We're Looking For

• MD or DO with completed Psychiatry residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• Licensed or eligible for physician licensure in Minnesota
• Strong psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication-management skills
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
• Interest in integrative and collaborative mental healthcare
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Growth-oriented mindset
