The Role: NAV Support Analyst
In this role, you’ll be the go‑to specialist for supporting and optimising the company’s Microsoft Dynamics NAV environment. You’ll ensure systems run smoothly, troubleshoot issues, support users, and help the business maximise their ERP’s capability. You will:
- Provide day‑to‑day support for Microsoft Dynamics NAV users
- Troubleshoot functional and technical NAV issues
- Work with internal teams to improve processes and system efficiency
- Assist with NAV upgrades, testing, reporting, and documentation
- Support integrations between NAV and other manufacturing/operational systems
- Act as the bridge between IT, operations, and finance teams
What You’ll Bring
- Solid experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV (any version)
- Strong understanding of core NAV modules (Finance, Warehousing, Manufacturing, etc.)
- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues
- Experience with SQL, reporting, or integrations (nice to have)
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and end‑user support skills
- A proactive mindset and interest in continuous system improvement
