Job Title: Ticket Office Supervisor
Type of Position: Full-Time, Seasonal
Schedule: Full-time will include weekends/holidays (5 days/week)
Pay: $23.40/hr, based on experience

Summary
The Supervisor will assist the Ticket Office Manager in all department’s operations. The Supervisor will be in charge when the Manager is not present. Every employee is responsible for providing a positive experience for our guests and employees, with safety and fun as our top priorities.
Essential Functions
- Sells tickets and season passes and answer questions from guests, and provide excellent customer service.
- Perform accurate and efficient cash register cash handling, and daily close-out procedures to maintain accountability for the register and its receipts.
- Assist in stocking items suck as ticket stock, wickets, and trail maps so that they are full at all times.
- Occasionally, snow shoveling and spreading ice to melt to keep public areas around the ticket office safe for all guests.
Requirements:
Requirements/Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Prior cash handling experience with computer point of sale systems required.
- Must have experience working with the public and in providing excellent customer service.
- Must have experience supervising a team.
