Salary Range: $48,000 - $71,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of in-process and finished products.
- Utilize precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMMs to verify product specifications.
- Accurately document all inspection results, non-conformances, and test data in designated systems.
- Identify and report non-conforming materials or products, initiating appropriate corrective action procedures.
- Interpret engineering blueprints, specifications, and quality standards to ensure compliance.
- Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment and tools according to established schedules and procedures.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to address quality issues and implement improvements.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proficiency with precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints, schematics, and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Working knowledge of quality control principles and manufacturing inspection processes.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing quality or inspection role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately identify non-conformances.
Bonus Qualifications
- Proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Experience operating or programming Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) or advanced vision systems.
- Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) software or Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- ASQ Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) or Certified Quality Technician (CQT) certification.
- Basic understanding of Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
