Meuser, Yackley & Rowland, P.A. (MYR) We are a well-established and growing plaintiff law firm seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our team. Our practice focuses exclusively on workers’ compensation, PERA/MSRS disability, and personal injury law, representing individuals and helping them navigate some of the most challenging moments in their lives.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career attorney who wants meaningful client work, hands-on litigation experience, and the ability to grow quickly within a supportive team environment.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with workers’ compensation and personal injury cases from intake through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and medical providers
- Participate in hearings, depositions, and case strategy with experienced litigators
- Develop litigation and negotiation skills through mentorship and training
Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in Minnesota (or sitting for the upcoming bar exam)
- 0–3 years of legal experience
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Interest in workers’ compensation and personal injury litigation

Compensation
$80,000 – $100,000 annual salary, based on experience and qualifications. This is an exempt position.
