Schedule
Where: Roseville, CA 95747
- Monday & Tuesday: Approximately 1:30 PM–4:30/5:00 PM
- Every other Friday: Approximately 1:30 PM–4:30/5:00 PM
- Occasional additional weekdays may be available based on the family’s work schedule.
- Some flexibility with end times is preferred, as the parents may occasionally need to work later than expected.
About the Position
A family is seeking a reliable, engaging, and nurturing nanny to provide recurring afternoon care for their almost 2-year-old son.
Care will typically begin around the time the child wakes from his afternoon nap. The family is looking for someone who will actively engage with him through age-appropriate activities, play, and outdoor time. He especially enjoys being outside and playing on his swing.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and engaging toddler care.
- Plan age-appropriate activities and play.
- Encourage outdoor play and activities when appropriate.
- Prepare and serve lunch, a late lunch, or snacks as needed.
- Assist with diaper changes and maintain the child’s routine.
- Help with light household tasks related to the child.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment during care.
- Provide some scheduling flexibility when parents’ work hours occasionally change.

- Experienced and comfortable caring for toddlers.
- Nurturing, attentive, and actively engaged.
- Enjoys outdoor activities and active play.
- Comfortable with diapering and toddler routines.
- Dependable and committed to a recurring schedule.
