Key Requirements:
- Experience operating track hoes, excavators, and similar heavy equipment
- Strong background in civil construction, including excavation, grading, trenching, and site preparation
- Experience operating excavators to efficiently load dirt and other materials into dump trucks
- Ability to safely and accurately load trucks while maintaining proper awareness of surrounding personnel and equipment
- Ability to read grade stakes, site plans, and follow project specifications
- Experience working on civil construction projects with contractors or construction companies
- Ability to perform routine equipment inspections, basic maintenance, and identify mechanical issues
- Must be comfortable operating heavy machinery for extended periods
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, rain, dirt, and dust
- Must be able to climb in and out of heavy equipment regularly
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- TWIC card preferred
- Must be flexible to work extended hours and weekends as needed
Shifts:
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM; weekends as needed
Duration:
