What You'll Do

• Provide direct care to residents and keep a close eye on how they're doing.

• Give medications and treatments safely and on time.

• Monitor residents for changes and report them to the RN and physician.

• Help carry out and update care plans.

• Guide and support your CNAs — you help set the pace for the shift.

• Keep your documentation accurate and complete.

• Be a calm, friendly point of contact for residents and their families.

• Follow good infection control practices and help keep the unit survey-ready.

What You Bring

• A current, active LPN license in Alabama.

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus, but we'll consider new grads with the right attitude.

• A solid handle on medication administration and good clinical documentation.

• Patience, clear communication, and the kind of steadiness that holds up on a busy day.

• Current CPR certification.
