RN Supervisor (Registered Nurse)
Monday thru Friday, $2,500 Sign On Bonus

A nursing home in Jackson, TN is seeking a detail-oriented and organized RN Supevisor to join our team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring adequate staffing coverage while supporting facility operations and maintaining compliance with staffing requirements.

What You'll Do:
<ul>
<li>
Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts.
</li>
<li>
Ensure residents receive quality care in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
</li>
<li>
Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in health status.
</li>
<li>
Administer medications and complete accurate documentation.
</li>
<li>
Maintain compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.

</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>
Current unrestricted RN license for the state of Tennessee
</li>
<li>
2 years of work experience as a LPN
