IT Cloud Systems Engineer - Expert

Seeking an IT Cloud Systems Engineer Expert specializing in geospatial data transformation and cloud infrastructure. Lead the design and implementation of automated geospatial data workflows utilizing ArcGIS GeoEvent Server, ArcGIS Workflow Manager, and Apache Nifi to streamline data processing pipelines. Develop custom solutions using geospatial software APIs including Esri ArcPy, GDAL, and GeoPandas for complex data transformation and analysis requirements. Architect and maintain enterprise geospatial databases across multiple platforms including ArcGIS Enterprise Database, PostgreSQL with PostGIS extensions, and GeoMesa for distributed spatial data storage. Execute ETL processes using SAFE FME to integrate disparate geospatial data formats from proprietary and open-source systems. Support cloud migration initiatives by optimizing geospatial workflows for cloud environments and implementing scalable data automation solutions. Provide technical expertise in spatial data analysis using advanced Python libraries including PySAL and MovingPandas for specialized spatiotemporal analytics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design robust geospatial infrastructure supporting mission-critical intelligence operations.

Geospatial - 5-10+ years' experience working with proprietary and open-source geospatial data formats.

Development - Experience with geospatial software API's for data transformation and analysis:

Esri ArcPoly
GDAL
GeoPandas

Optionally, PySAL or MovingPandas

Data Automation - Experience with automating geospatial data workflows through tools like:

ArcGIS GeoEvent Server
ArcGIS Workflow Manager
Apache Nifi

Geospatial Databases/Datastores:
