Property Manager
We’re seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of medical office buildings in the Columbus market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary tenant contact and manage all daily property operations.
- Conduct regular inspections, recommend maintenance/reconditioning, select and oversee vendors.
- Handle routine accounting: AP/AR, bi-annual forecasts, annual reconciliations.
- Support tenant orientation and coordinate tenant-related activities.
- Manage work orders with tenants, maintenance staff and vendors; provide courteous, reliable service.
- Participate in leasing discussions, solicit bids for improvement projects, monitor construction as needed.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years onsite property management experience (medical office buildings preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree required; CPM or RPA designation a plus.
- Excellent written/verbal communications, strong organization and analytical ability.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience supervising a staff preferred.
