Position Overview
The firm is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience advising clients on a broad range of federal, state, and local business tax issues. The ideal candidate will have experience with:
- Partnerships/LLCs and corporate tax matters
- Business structuring and formation (choice of entity)
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Real property investments
- Business succession planning
An LL.M. in Taxation is a plus but not required.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active member in good standing of the New York Bar
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters independently in a dynamic environment
Hybrid Work Schedule
This role offers a true hybrid schedule, designed to support both collaboration and flexibility:
- Minimum 3 days per week in-office
- Up to 2 days per week remote

Compensation & Benefits
