We are looking for a reliable and organized HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team in the UAE. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR department and help ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain and update employee records by complying with the legal requirements and company policies.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes (visa processing, medical testing, ID card issuance, etc.).
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documents.
- Coordinate with PROs and government portals (e.g., MOHRE, GDRFA, ICA, TASHEEL) for visa and labour card processing.
- Track employee attendance, leaves, and other HR metrics using HRIS systems.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.
- Handle HR inquiries and provide support in employee relations matters.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information and records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR or administrative support role, preferably in the UAE.
- Familiarity with UAE Labour Law and visa processes.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software (experience with SAP, Oracle, or other HRIS is a plus).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment.
- Knowledge of government portals (MOHRE, GDRFA, TASHEEL, etc.).
