Help Desk Analyst
On-site – Oklahoma
We're looking for an experienced Help Desk Analyst to provide IT support across hardware, software, and network systems. This role will troubleshoot end-user issues, perform installations and upgrades, manage user accounts, and contribute to larger IT projects.
What You'll Do

Support end users with technical issues (hardware, software, O365, Azure AD, Windows Server).

Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems, escalating when needed.

Perform system updates, installations, and preventative maintenance.

Document processes and maintain service desk records.
What We're Looking For

5+ years in a help desk/desktop support role.

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Experience with O365, Azure AD, Windows Server, and hardware support.

Associate degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).

Professional certifications a plus.
Details

Full-time, Monday–Friday (day shift; some additional hours/weekends as needed).

Up to 30% travel may be required.
