You will work across two school sites, providing essential behavioral services that support both students and staff, fostering an inclusive and productive school environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Previous experience in educational or school settings strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills for effective consultation with educators and families
- Able to handle a caseload of middle and high school students with diverse needs
- Proficient in conducting behavioral assessments and developing intervention plans
- Collaborative mindset and a commitment to supporting positive student outcomes
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct support and behavior interventions for students in grades 7-12
- Provide consultation and training to teachers, staff, and families to implement effective strategies
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments to inform individualized plans
- Monitor, document, and report on student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Contribute to multi-disciplinary teams to promote student success
- Travel between two school locations to meet caseload requirements
