The successful candidates will play a crucial role in executing and validating menu item and price change requests across point-of-sale systems, kiosks, and related applications. These Analysts will ensure timely and accurate processing of requests, adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), and collaboration with business partners and internal teams to deliver seamless menu deployments.Role & Responsibility:Tasks That Will Lead To Your Success
- Process inbound menu item and price change requests across POS systems, kiosks, and related tools.
- Monitor and manage request queues to ensure timely completion according to predefined SLAs.
- Execute and validate changes, conducting peer reviews and resolving discrepancies.
- Collaborate with subsidiaries, vendors, and internal data/revenue management teams to gather information and confirm accuracy.
- Support seamless menu deployments by working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Provide feedback for process improvements and proactively address potential request surges.
- Maintain error-free, accurate, and complete outputs to support revenue flow and operational efficiency.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong accuracy and speed in data entry and processing.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage request queues and meet SLAs.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven, with strong collaboration and communication abilities.
- Experience with POS systems (programming or menu management).
- Background in hospitality or food service technology systems.
- Experience with data validation, process management, or systems configuration.
