Signal & Strand is searching for a highly organized and reliable Legal & Compliance Administrator to support our client's legal and regulatory operations. This role helps ensure the company's documents, processes, and internal controls meet legal standards and organizational expectations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable handling confidential information, and able to support multiple teams with accuracy and professionalism. You will assist with contract coordination, regulatory documentation, compliance tasks, and day-to-day administrative support across the legal function.

Key Areas of Impact1. Contract Coordination & Documentation

  • Support the creation, revision, and formatting of contracts and legal documents.

  • Maintain comprehensive, well-organized records of agreements and supporting materials.

  • Ensure contract versions, updates, and supporting files are properly stored and easily retrievable.

  • Help ensure required information, signatures, and approvals are completed accurately and on time.

2. Compliance & Regulatory Support

  • Assist with internal compliance activities, including tracking requirements and documenting procedures.

  • Review materials for completeness and adherence to organizational standards.

  • Monitor upcoming regulatory or policy deadlines and help keep internal teams informed.

  • Provide general support for audits, policy reviews, and compliance checks.

3. Research & Information Gathering

  • Conduct basic legal or regulatory research as directed by the legal or compliance team.

  • Summarize findings into clear, actionable notes for internal use.

  • Support due diligence efforts by collecting and verifying required information.

4. Operational & Administrative Support

  • Manage document filing, data entry, and record maintenance within legal systems or shared drives.

  • Coordinate communications, scheduling, and follow-ups related to legal or compliance tasks.

  • Assist with project tracking, timelines, and task management.

  • Uphold confidentiality and ensure sensitive information is handled responsibly.

  • Familiarity with legal terminology and document formats is an advantage.

  • Ability to work remotely with periodic collaboration as needed.

Base Compensation Range$82,500—$97,500 USD
