**Shiso Crispy** is looking for **3 Assistant Managers** to join our growing team!
We’re looking for people who are:
Experienced in restaurant management
Strong leaders who can motivate a team
Reliable, organized, and accountable
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Great with customers and employees
Able to handle opening/closing responsibilities
Knowledgeable about food safety, cash handling & daily operations
Willing to jump in wherever needed — **no task is beneath a leader!**
**What you'll be doing:**
• Helping run day-to-day restaurant operations
• Leading and supporting our staff
• Maintaining Shiso Crispy's standards for food, service & cleanliness
• Handling customer concerns professionally
• Helping with training & accountability
• Managing shifts and making sure the restaurant runs smoothly
• Supporting the General Manager and ownership team
