RESPONSIBILITIES
As Spa Manager, you will guide the daily operations and client experience while supporting the growth and alignment of the team.
- Lead the full client experience from check‑in to check‑out, ensuring all standards are upheld and every guest receives a memorable deep beauty experience
- Review, record, and maintain daily sales scoreboards, email communication, and client database accuracy
- Organize, lead, and schedule team meetings, trainings, and check‑ins as needed
- Oversee phone and reservation operations, optimizing appointments to meet treatment and retail sales goals
- Manage inventory, including ordering, tracking, and maintaining stock levels
- Support and participate in marketing initiatives, promotions, and community outreach
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
- Ensure spa retail and common areas remain clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards
- Collaborate with leadership on special projects and long‑term growth strategies
- Educate clients on treatments, products, and Estetica Mia’s core values
- Model professionalism and reliability, including punctuality and accountability for scheduled shifts

QUALIFICATIONS
- Spa receptionist or spa operations experience preferred—willing to train the right candidate with leadership potential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with spa operating software preferred
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Instagram and social media experience
- Strong organizational and basic math skills
- Leadership experience (formal or informal) is a plus
