We are now looking for talented, innovative individuals to join our team in Tyson’s Corner, VA (DC Metro area).





Key ResponsibilitiesHelp Desk Support Engineer

  • This position will be reporting to the Support & Access team.
  • Installing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals
  • Resolving internal user problems and ensuring correct operation of computers
  • Maintaining parts inventory and logging all service/repair activity
  • Performing system set-ups for new hires
  • Engage vendor support to resolve hardware issues
  • Dispose of hardware when its obsolete
  • Purchase employee peripheral devices
  • Manage software licenses for licensed installed applications






Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequirements:

  • Associates degree or higher in computer technology or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a helpdesk technician or related role
  • Familiarity with Linux, and Cisco switching concepts
  • Proficiency with Windows and Apple products
  • Proficiency in computer maintenance, repair, and service
  • Experience in hardware installation, troubleshooting, and IT support
  • Familiarity with Endpoint Management Software, IT helpdesk software (JIRA), operating systems, and general office software
  • Strong communication skills and experience in customer service
  • Independent, organized, and structured

Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year base salary, when annualizedPay Transparency Notice: The salary range is based on the D.C. metro area, the successful candidate’s starting salary will vary depending on permissible, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to qualifications, skills, and experience.
