Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with customers professionally

- Manage multiple tasks while maintaining communication
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Keep accurate records and documentation
- Coordinate with technicians and advisors
- Handle inbound phone calls and resolve customer complaints
