LHH has partnered with a great firm seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join their legal team. This role supports attorneys in all phases of litigation and requires a strong understanding of California court procedures, including electronic filing (eFiling) and case management.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and file legal documents in California state and federal courts, including through eFiling platforms.

Manage case files, discovery materials, and document production throughout the litigation lifecycle.

Draft pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests/responses, and correspondence.

Maintain and track litigation calendars, court deadlines, and hearing schedules.

Coordinate with court personnel, clients, and opposing counsel.

Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.
Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in California.

Strong knowledge of California court rules and procedures, including eFiling systems (e.g., One Legal, File & ServeXpress).

Proficiency in legal research tools and document management systems.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred.
