Job Description
We are seeking a General Dentist to provide on-site dental care at long-term care and rehabilitation facilities throughout the Southern Tier of New York, including Vestal, Johnson City, Binghamton, Endicott, Bath, and Cuba. Position Highlights

<li>Approximately 65 hours per month</li>
<li>Consistent monthly schedule</li>
<li>Travel between multiple facility locations</li>
<li>Supplies and support provided at each location</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Provide annual examinations, preventive care, denture services, and conservative treatment focused on maintaining oral health, relieving discomfort, and supporting the functional needs of long-term care residents.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate clinical documentation</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school</li>
<li>Active New York State dental license</li>
<li>Current New York State required credentials and registrations</li>
<li>Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between facilities</li>
</ul>
