What You'll Do:
- Help maintain and repair industrial equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks
- Assist with troubleshooting mechanical systems
- Support welding and fabrication projects (if experienced)
- Work closely with production teams to keep operations running smoothly
What We're Looking For:
- Mechanical aptitude (industrial, automotive, farm, or similar experience)
- Willingness to learn
- Dependability and strong work ethic
- Basic troubleshooting skills
Electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or welding experience is a plus - but not required.
