Job DescriptionOur F45 Cory Merrill team is looking for energetic, knowledgeable, and charismatic group fitness coaches. F45 Trainers play a fundamental role within the team and company culture as they lead our classes, working closely with each individual member providing the ultimate F45 experience. &nbsp; Key Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Lead F45 group training classes&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure members are performing exercises safely, using correct form at all times, and offering modifications as needed</li>
<li>Promote an energetic environment and welcome members by name</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>1 year minimum experience as a personal fitness trainer or group fitness instructor</li>
<li>Must have Personal Training Certification through a nationally recognized organization</li>
<li>Must have CPR/AED/First Aid Certification</li>
<li>Ability to develop strong relationships with members</li>
<li>Solid knowledge of biomechanics and exercise physiology</li>
<li>Motivated and passionate about health and fitness</li>
